Returns & Refunds
I want you to be completely happy with your Coast Chimes purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact me — I’m always happy to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Please contact me before returning an item so I can provide return instructions.
- Because each piece is handmade, I ask that return requests be made promptly so any issues can be resolved fairly and efficiently.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
- Items are replaced only if they arrive damaged or defective.
- If an item is damaged in transit, please contact me promptly and include photos so I can make it right.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
U.S. returns must be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) only.
Please do not use courier services (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL), as courier brokerage fees and incorrectly applied taxes make returns prohibitively expensive.
For U.S. returns, please mark the customs form as “RETURN” to avoid unnecessary taxes or duties.
