Shipping Policy:

Coast Chimes provides free fast shipping to customers in the USA and Canada. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, excepting weekends and holidays. Generally, shipping is via UPS for the USA, via Canpar in Canada), with delivery typically within 3-12 business days. Occasionally for rural addresses etc. Canada Post / USPS may be used for delivery.

Shipping with permission is available to other countries. Contact Coast Chimes for information.

TAXES:

CANADA: GST / HST and BC PST are collected at the time of check out for Canadian orders.

USA: No State taxes are collect at the time of check out. You may, or may not, be charge for those taxes when your order is delivered.

No EU  taxes / VAT, collected at the time of check-out. You may, or may not, be charged for such taxes at the time the order is delivered.

Return Policy:

At Coast Chimes, we value customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage, unless the product is broken or defective, in which case we will pay for the postage.
