Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping Policy:

Coast Chimes provides free and fast shipping to customers in the USA and Canada. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, weekends and holidays excepted. Most orders ship via UPS (USA), Canpar or equivalent (Canada). Some orders ship via Canada Post / USPS, depending on location. Shipping arrival times typically range from 3-12 business days to anywhere in the USA or Canada.

Other countries can order by first contacting Coast Chimes to discuss options and pricing.

TAXES:

CANADA: GST / HST and BC PST are collected at the time of check out for Canada.

USA: No State taxes are collect at the time of check out. You may, or may not, be charged for those taxes when your order is delivered. Currently, most orders being under the $800 De Minimis limit, and the wind chimes being completely made in Canada with Canadian materials, no duties or tax should be charged on entry.

No EU / VAT collected at the time of check-out. You may, or may not, be charged for such taxes at the time the order is delivered.

Return Policy:

At Coast Chimes, complete customer satisfaction is the goal. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact Coast Chimes for approval and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage, unless the product is broken or defective, in which case Coast Chimes will pay for the postage. You must obtain permission for a return.
